1. Public Domain Dedication

Citizen Chain is released under the Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator, owner, and rights holder of Citizen Chain permanently, irrevocably, and unconditionally waives, abandons, and surrenders all copyright and related rights in the Citizen Chain revealed artwork and token metadata.

This dedication applies worldwide, for the maximum duration allowed by law, in any medium, for any purpose, including commercial, noncommercial, personal, derivative, advertising, promotional, and remix uses.

No permission is required. No attribution is required. No royalty is owed for using the art.

This does not waive or remove any NFT marketplace royalty settings that may apply to secondary token sales.

This dedication applies to revealed Citizen Chain artwork and token metadata after public reveal.

2. What You Can Do

Anyone may freely:

• Use Citizen Chain artwork
• Copy it
• Modify it
• Remix it
• Print it
• Sell it
• Use it commercially
• Use it in another project
• Use it in merchandise
• Use it in media, branding, games, apps, books, videos, memes, or derivative collections

You do not need to own a Citizen Chain NFT to use the artwork.

3. What CC0 Covers

This CC0 dedication applies to:

• Citizen Chain character artwork
• Citizen Chain revealed token images
• Citizen Chain visual traits
• Citizen Chain onchain metadata
• Citizen Chain generated compositions

4. What CC0 Does Not Cover

This dedication does not grant ownership or official rights in:

• The name "Citizen Chain"
• The official Citizen Chain logo
• Citizen Chain social handles
• Citizen Chain website domains
• Official project branding
• Smart contract ownership
• Treasury funds
• Creator wallets
• False claims of partnership, endorsement, or official status

You may use the artwork freely, but you may not mislead people into thinking you are the official Citizen Chain project, team, founder, contract, mint, marketplace, or representative.

5. NFT Ownership

Owning a Citizen Chain NFT means owning that specific blockchain token.

It does not give exclusive copyright rights over the artwork, because the artwork is CC0 and available for public use.

The token and the art are connected culturally and historically, but the artwork itself belongs to the public domain.

6. No Endorsement

Use of Citizen Chain artwork does not mean Citizen Chain, its creator, or its community endorses any product, project, person, company, token, collection, message, or derivative work.

7. No Warranty

Citizen Chain artwork and metadata are provided "as is."

The creator and rights holder make no warranties of any kind, including warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, permanence, or suitability for any use.

Use the artwork at your own risk.

8. Onchain Permanence

Citizen Chain is intended to preserve its revealed artwork and metadata onchain without reliance on IPFS, external image hosts, or centralized metadata servers.

The CC0 dedication allows the artwork to live beyond the original creator, platform, website, marketplace, or project.
